Attorney General and the Director of Public Prosecutions to be notified of request received

Without prejudice to Article 5(4), the Cayman Authority shall notify the Attorney General and the Director of Public Prosecutions immediately a request is received, with particulars thereof, and copies of any documents relating thereto, and the Attorney General and the Director of Public Prosecutions shall be entitled, in a manner analogous to amicus curiae, to appear or to take part in any proceedings in the Islands, whether judicial or administrative, arising directly or indirectly from a request received by the Cayman Authority.
