For the purpose of Article 2, the Cayman Mutual Legal Assistance Authority shall be the Chief Justice, who shall exercise his functions under the Treaty and this Law acting alone and in an administrative capacity, or another Judge of the Grand Court designated by the Chief Justice to act on his behalf.
