Extensions of permitted hours

The Board shall, at its annual general meetings in September, by order, prescribe what hours are permitted hours for the purpose of this Act and cause such orders to be gazetted.
The Chairperson may, from time to time, grant extensions of permitted hours in respect of special occasions either generally or in the case of a particular licence.
The hours covered by an extension given under subsection (2) are deemed to be permitted hours for the purposes of this Act.
