81. (1) Any Justice who has reason to suspect that any mineral with respect to which an offence against this Law has been committed is concealed in any place may issue a warrant authorising any constable with his assistants at any time within one month from the date of the warrant to enter and search that place and all buildings and things therein using such force as may be necessary and to seize any minerals and arrest any person found therein.
Any person arrested and mineral seized under such a warrant shall, as soon as possible, be brought before a Justice to be dealt with according to law.
