Record of mining operations

The holder of a mining lease shall keep to the satisfaction of the Governor on the land included in his lease, or at such place in the Islands as the Governor may approve, full and accurate records and plans of his mining operations and of the calculated ore reserves, and shall render to the Governor such returns as may be prescribed.
