, within thirty days after any change in the information stated in the registration statement, the limited liability partnership shall deliver to the Registrar a registration statement specifying the nature of the change and pay to the Reg istrar a fee of such amount as is prescribed by regulations made by the Cabinet . ( 2 ) No registration statement is required to be delivered under subsection (1) in respect of the retirement of a partner which is specified in a registration statement deliver ed pursuant to section 27(2).
Subject to section 8(3), upon delivery of a registration statement pursuant to subsection (1) in connection with a change of name of a limited liability partnership, the Registrar shall register the change of name specifie d in the registration statement and issue a certificate reflecting the change of name.
If default is made in compliance with subsection (1), the limited liability partnership shall incur a penalty of twenty - five dollars for each day that such default c ontinues, which penalty shall be a debt due to the Registrar.
