The Attorney General and, with the leave of the Attorney General, the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Clerk of the Court may take an articled clerk into their respective service.
The provisions of this Part, except section 72(2), that apply to attorneys-at-law and articled clerks in their service apply equally to the Attorney General, Director of Public Prosecutions and Clerk of the Court and to articled clerks in their respective service.
