8. (1) The Board shall cause a register to be kept which shall contain the names, addresses and qualifications of all persons to whom licences have been granted, the date upon which each such licence was granted and any other particulars which may be prescribed.
The Board shall remove from the register the name of any licensed surveyor —
who has died;
whose licence has been revoked under paragraph (a) of section 9(1); or
other than a person who possesses Caymanian status, who has not submitted a survey for authentication under section 25 during the twelve months immediately preceding the date of such removal.
