10. (1) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Board under section 9 or 24(4) may, within one month after the date of the decision, appeal to the Grand Court against the decision, and, on any such appeal, the Grand Court may give such directions in the matter as it thinks proper, including directions as to the costs of the appeal.
Any person aggrieved by a direction or order of the Grand Court, may appeal thereagainst to the Court of Appeal.
