Should any questions arise as to whether an employee has been unfairly dismissed, the employee may seek a resolution of the question by filing a complaint of unfair dismissal with the Director.
A complaint under subsection (1) must be filed within ninety days of the date of dismissal.
Should the complaint involve a group of employees under similar circumstances they may file a joint complaint.
Should there be filed at or about the same time a number of complaints raising the same or substantially similar issues, the Director may direct that they be consolidated into a single proceeding.
