Acts done under regulations deemed done under Law

An act shall be deemed to be done under a Law by virtue of the powers conferred by a Law or in pursuance or execution of the powers of, or under the authority of, a Law if it is done under or by virtue of or in pursuance of any regulation made or issued under any power contained in such Law.
