The Cabinet may make regulations —
prescribing anything that may be prescribed under this Act;
amending the Schedule;
further defining the scope of relevant entities that are required to satisfy the economic substance test;
further defining the scope of relevant activities;
providing for such matters as may be necessary or convenient for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and its administration.
Regulations made under this Act may —
make different provisions in relation to different cases or circumstances; or
contain such transitional, consequential, incidental or supplementary provisions as appear to the Cabinet to be necessary or expedient for the purposes of such regulations.
