43. An Ethics Committee shall consist of —
two doctors;
a social worker;
an attorney-at-law or ethicist;
a mental health practitioner being either a community psychiatric nurse, psychologist or psychiatrist;
a registered nurse;
a faith based person; and
a lay person.
