Neither the Registrar nor any person acting under the authority of the Registrar, nor the Authority or any director or employee of the Authority, shall be liable in damages in respect of any payment duly made or act duly done in accordance with this Law or any regulations made under this Law unless it is shown that the payment was made or the act was done in bad faith, or constituted wilful misconduct or negligence.
