Signature of person authorised to sign securities certificate may be printed

There shall be printed, stamped, engraved or impressed by any mechanical process on every securities certificate the signature of a person duly authorised to sign such certificate and a signature so printed, stamped, engraved or impressed shall be as valid as if it had been inscribed in the proper handwriting of the person so authorised.
