Restriction on eligibility for release on licence

Notwithstanding the Conditional Release Act (2019 Revision) or any other law, a person who —
contravenes section 3(1) and is convicted and sentenced under section 3(3);
contravenes section 3(1A)(b) and is convicted and sentenced under section 3(3A)(b);
contravenes section 15(1) and is convicted and sentenced under section 15(5)(a); or
contravenes section 18(6) and is convicted and sentenced under that section,
shall not be eligible to be released on licence.
