Every holder of a Gunsmith’s Licence shall keep records in such form and containing such particulars as may be prescribed of all transactions relating to that holder’s business as a gunsmith.
Every person who is required to keep records under subsection (1) shall make such returns to such authority in such form, in respect of such periods, at such time and containing such particulars as may be prescribed.
Whoever contravenes this section commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
