General restriction on repair of firearms

No person shall repair or alter any firearm for reward except under and in accordance with the terms of a Gunsmith’s Licence.
Whoever contravenes subsection (1) is commits an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of twenty thousand dollars and to imprisonment for five years.
