Revocation of financial assistance

The Director shall revoke a decision to issue financial assistance where —
a recipient no longer fulfils the criteria for financial assistance; or
a recipient has provided false, misleading or inaccurate information in relation to a material particular to the Director or a person authorized by the Director.
The Director may revoke a decision to issue financial assistance where the Director is satisfied that a recipient or a member of the recipient's household who is directly or indirectly benefitting from the financial assistance granted to the recipient has breached a condition or requirement under section 14.
