An application for a permit or a certificate under section 6(1) shall be made to the Management Authority in accordance with this Act.
The applicant shall submit such information in connection with the application as the Management Authority may require and shall pay the prescribed application fee.
Unless the Management Authority otherwise directs, a separate application is required for each specimen in a consignment.
The Management Authority may, having regard to the provisions of this Act and the Convention and to any other material considerations, refuse an application or grant it in accordance with this Part.
