Cayman Brac and Little Cayman Appeals Tribunal

For the purposes of this Act, there is hereby established for Cayman Brac and Little Cayman an Appeals Tribunal which shall consist of a Chairperson and five other members appointed by and holding office at the pleasure of the Cabinet and the Chairperson shall be a person holding the office of Magistrate and the members shall be persons for the time being resident in Cayman Brac or Little Cayman.
The Chairperson and any two other members of the Appeals Tribunal shall form a quorum.
Members of the Appeals Tribunal (other than the Chairperson) shall be entitled to be paid out of the Treasury subsistence and travelling allowances at a rate equivalent to the agreed rate paid to members of the Cayman Islands Parliament.
