Development Plan Tribunals

For the purposes of enquiries under section 11(3) there may be established such one or more Development Plan Tribunals as the Cabinet may determine.
A Development Plan Tribunal shall consist of a chairperson, a deputy chairperson (who in the temporary absence or inability to act of the chairperson shall act as chairperson) and such other members not exceeding three in number, all of whom shall be appointed by, and hold office at the pleasure of the Cabinet.
Three members of the Development Plan Tribunal Board shall form a quorum.
Members of the Development Plan Tribunal shall be entitled to be paid out of the Treasury subsistence and travelling allowances at the same rates as those paid to members of the Tribunal.
A Development Plan Tribunal and its members shall —
have the same duties;
enjoy the same powers, privileges and immunities; and
follow the same procedures and rules as the Tribunal and its members.
