Delegation of Governor's functions relating to enlistment and other duties

The Governor, acting in the Governor's discretion, may —
delegate functions under this Law to the Deputy Governor;
delegate functions relating to the operations of the Regiment to any Minister after consultation with the Premier; and
by written notice to the Deputy Governor or to the Minister, at any time, revoke any functions so delegated.
