Entry of goods outwards

All goods for export shall be deposited in a transit shed and, before such goods are loaded for export, entry shall be made in respect thereof.
The Director may relax any requirement imposed by or under this section as the Director thinks fit in relation to any goods.
A person who contravenes or fails to comply with any directions of the Director given under this section commits an offence under section 67.
If any goods are found not to correspond with any entry thereof made under this section, they are liable to forfeiture.
