Section 172Part 9 — Appeals from Summary Court

In all cases of appeal by way of case stated the appellant shall, within the times and in the manner and form hereinbefore prescribed, serve a notice of appeal and enter into recognisances, and shall, within fourteen days after the day on which the Summary Court gave the decision from which the appeal is made, apply to such court to state a special case for the purpose of the appeal, setting forth the facts of the case and the grounds of the court's decision.
