Service of notices and documents

For the purposes of this Act and subject to section 14(3), the service of any document shall be sufficient if delivered by hand or posted by registered post to the registered or other office of the addressee and an affidavit testimony of delivery of the notice or document by hand or supporting the registration certificate shall be deemed sufficient proof of such service.
