Appeal from a single Judge

32. On the application of a party aggrieved by a decision of a single Judge made in the exercise of any of the powers conferred by this Act, any other law or rules of court, the Court, as duly constituted for the hearing and determination of appeals under this Act, may review and discharge or vary that decision.
