Injunction and specific performance

In the event of any breach or threatened breach of any contract by a member of any registered society made under section 15, such society shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain such member, that person’s agents and servants from selling or delivering the agricultural or manufactured product otherwise than in accordance with the contract and to a decree for specific performance of the said contract by such member.
Pending the adjudication of any action brought by any registered society under subsection (1), and upon ex parte application to a Judge and upon evidence by affidavit of the breach or threatened breach and upon the giving of such undertaking or security as may be approved by such Judge, the registered society shall be entitled to an interim injunction restraining such breach or threatened breach.
