Printing, stamping and signature of articles

Articles shall —
be divided into paragraphs numbered consecutively;
bear the same stamp as if they were contained in a deed; and
save as o therwise provided in section 25 (2), be signed by each subscriber of the memorandum of association or each e xisting member, as the case may be , in the presence of at least one witness who shall attest the signature, and that attestation shall be sufficient.
