Penalty for concealment of names of creditors

A person who, being a director, manager, secretary or other officer of the company —
wilfully conceals the name of any creditor entitled to object to the reduction;
wilfully misrepresents the nature or amount of the debt or claim of any creditor; or
aids, abets or is privy to any such concealment or misrepresentation as aforesaid, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of one year, or to both.
