The Companies (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 [Act 11 of 2024] does not affect any order or determination made by a court with respect to fees charged by, paid to and collected by the Registrar without statutory authority for any service provided by the Registrar prior to 1st January, 2025 , the commencement date of the Companies (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 [Act 11 of 2024] .
