Persons who may act as special advocates

The Attorney General may establish a list of persons who are nominated to act as special advocates and shall publish the list in such manner that the Attorney General considers appropriate to facilitate public access to it.
The Attorney General shall ensure that special advocates are provided with adequate administrative support and resources to carry out the role of special advocate.
