Provision for accommodation for children in police protection or detention or on remand, etc.

The Department shall make provision for the reception and accommodation of children who are removed or kept away from home under Part V.
The Department shall receive and provide accommodation for children who are —
on remand or detained under sections 14 and 15 of the Youth Justice Law (2005 Revision) at a place other than a prison or police station lock-up; or
the subject of a rehabilitation order imposing a detention residence requirement under section 27 of the Youth Justice Law (2005 Revision).
