Delegation of Governor's functions

The Governor may —
assign or delegate functions relating to the strategic directions with respect to the preservation of the maritime safety and the maritime security of the Islands of the Coast Guard to the Premier or, after consultation with the Premier, any other member of Cabinet; and
by written notice to the Premier or the other member of Cabinet, at any time, revoke any functions so assigned or delegated.
