4. (1) The Coast Guard shall consist of the Commandant, Deputy Commandant and such ranks as may be specified in Schedule 1.
The Coast Guard shall consist of —
the Headquarters Detachment;
the Sea Detachment;
the Shore Detachment;
the Sister Islands Detachment; and
any other such detachments or units as the Governor, after consultation with the Commandant, may think fit to be formed, and the detachments or units shall be styled by such designations as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 28.
