Any authorised officer may, without an order from a Justice of the Peace and without a warrant, arrest any person who obstructs an authorised officer in the execution of the authorised officer's duty.
Notwithstanding the provisions of any Act, members of the Cadet Corps shall be entitled, in the performance of the Cadet Corps' functions, to carry arms, but no arms shall be carried except with the authority of the Commandant given under and in accordance with the general or special directions of the Cabinet.
