6. (1) The day to day administration of the Cadet Corps throughout the Islands is vested in the Commandant.
Subject to subsection (1), the control of authorised officers in any place shall be vested in such authorised officers as may be appointed by the Commandant to be in charge thereof.
The Commandant shall render the Commandant’s services exclusively to the Cadet Corps unless otherwise authorised by Cabinet and shall be answerable to the Minister for the Commandant’s acts and decisions.
