4. (1) The Cadet Corps shall consist of the Commandant, Deputy Commandant and such ranks as may be prescribed in Part A or Part B of Schedule 1.
The Cadet Corps shall consist of such Units as the Cabinet, after consultation with the Cadet Corps Committee, may think fit to be formed, and the Units shall be styled by such designations as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 37.
The Cabinet may, by notice amend Schedule 1.
