Certificate of death for friendly society

If a Registrar, at the time of entering the death of any person, is informed that the deceased was a member of a friendly society registered under the Friendly Societies Act (1998 Revision), that Registrar shall give, on demand and on payment of the appointed fee, a certificate under that person’s hand in the prescribed form that that Registrar has registered the death of the said deceased.
