No action shall lie for a dividend, but if the Trustee having control of any dividend refuses to pay the same the Court may, if it thinks fit, order the Trustee to pay the same, and also to pay out of the Trustee’s own moneys interest thereon for the time that it is withheld, and the cost of the application.
