Rights of creditors who prove after dividend

Creditors may prove their debts in the manner prescribed, and creditors who have not proved their debts before the declaration of any dividend or dividends shall, on the occasion of the next dividend being declared, be entitled to be paid any dividend or dividends they have failed to receive before any moneys are made applicable to the payment of any other dividend or dividends, but they shall not be entitled to disturb the distribution of any dividend declared before their debts were proved, by reason that they have not participated therein.
