Delivery to Trustee of moneys and securities of debtor

Any treasurer or other officer, or any banker, attorney-at-law or agent of a debtor, shall pay and deliver to the Trustee all moneys and securities in that person’s possession or power, as such officer or agent, which that person is not by law entitled to retain as against the debtor or the Trustee or receiver.
