Appropriation of portion of salary of debtor payable by Government

Where a debtor is in the enjoyment of any salary, pension or allowance paid by the Government, the Trustee shall receive for distribution among the creditors so much of the debtor’s salary, pension or allowance as the Court, upon application of the Trustee, thinks just and reasonable, to be paid in such manner and at such times as the Court directs.
