The Authority, a director, an officer, an employee, an agent or a representative of the Authority, or a person to whom any of the functions of the Authority have been delegated under section 16, shall not be liable in damages for anything done or omitted in the discharge or the purported discharge of the functions of the Authority under this Law unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith.
