The Board may appoint committees to assist the Board in exercising the Board’s functions under this Law, and shall appoint such persons as it sees fit to be members of the committees.
The Managing Director may designate a member of any such committee to act as secretary to the committee performing such duties as the committee may determine.
The Board may, by instrument in writing, delegate from time to time to a committee appointed by the Board under subsection (1) such power and duties, other than a licensing or supervisory power or duty, as the Board sees fit.
A committee appointed under subsection (3) shall exercise and carry out the powers and duties delegated under that subsection and a decision of the committee shall be deemed to be a decision of the Board.
