59. (1) Subject to section 76(9) and anything to the contrary provided in an arbitration agreement, an arbitral tribunal shall have power to make an award at any time.

The time, if any, limited for making an award, whether under this Law or otherwise, may from time to time be extended by order of the court whether that time has expired or not.
