Consolidation of proceedings

The parties to an arbitration agreement may agree —
to the consolidation of arbitral proceedings with other arbitral proceedings; or
to the holding of concurrent hearings,
on such terms as may be agreed.
Unless the parties agree to confer such power on the arbitral tribunal, the arbitral tribunal has no power to order consolidation of proceedings or concurrent hearings.
