Cancellation of licence under section 29

Subject to section 31, if the Director is satisfied —
that a person to whom an operating licence has been issued is no longer a suitable person to hold such licence; or
that the premises to which an operating licence relates are no longer suitable for the activity for which they are being used,
the Director may cancel the licence.
