No animal of any description may be imported directly or indirectly into the Islands from any country outside the Islands or from any one island into any other otherwise than in accordance with this Act.
No animal of any description may be exported from the Islands to any country or from one of the Islands to another of the Islands otherwise than in accordance with this Act.
