Any constable having reasonable cause to suspect that any animal which has been imported into the Islands contrary to this Act is being held or concealed in or on any premises may, on obtaining a search warrant for this purpose, at all reasonable times enter and search such premises and take possession of such animal and, pending the outcome of any legal proceedings, dispose of such animal according to the directions of the Director.
